Our server, Luz, was wonderful: professional, amiable, and incredibly prompt with our orders. Unfortunately, the arrival and seating situation left a lot to be desired. The Seating Chaos: Artificial Wait: I arrived with my little one for a party of two and was told it would be a 15-minute wait. Looking around, there were plenty of empty tables, making the wait feel entirely artificial. Name & Party Mix-up: When called, the hostess repeatedly announced "Michael, party of 3." After a few tries, they realized the mistake and called "Michelle, party of 3." I had to step up and re-confirm it was actually a party of 2. The Booth Shuffle: Right after we settled into a booth, the host asked us to move to a different booth because "the computer made a mistake." They pointed out a dirty, uncleared table nearby and mentioned that was supposed to be our spot. (That dirty table actually sat uncleaned for about 3/4 of our meal). The Food & Amenities: Kids Meal: A total hit. My little one loved the fettuccine alfredo and broccoli, had a blast coloring, and thoroughly enjoyed playing with the extra straws (we were given 6!). Our server Venessa was really friendly, made sure we had a good time. She seemed well knowledgeable and kept making sure we’d everything we needed. As usual OG food doesn’t disappoint. I have been to this restaurant a tons of times before and had not tried chicken gnocchi soup before, I did today and I couldn’t stop

I paid $37 for the fettuccine Alfredo, and I’m honestly shocked. The food was completely flavorless. The breadsticks were cold and bland, and the Alfredo itself had no taste at all. I tried to improve it by adding broccoli and mushrooms to the asparagus it already came with, but that just made it worse—it was honestly gross. Even the chicken looked questionable, which didn’t help. The only positive was the customer service—the staff was friendly and attentive. But that doesn’t make up for how disappointing the food was. Won't be returning to this location.

The service was excellent. The breadsticks and salad come with unlimited refills, and they even offer a birthday cake for celebrations. The kids’ meals are very generous in portion. I also ordered the buy-one, take-one home deal, but the portion size of the take-home pasta was quite small.

Ok this is not really Italian food. I only eat here when I'm somewhere that doesn't have much in the way of non chain restaurants. But the real benefit is how damn cheap the place is for what you get. Of course prices vary by location. Here in San Bernardino a Tito Martini was all of $8.50!! They give you enough of those soft breadsticks to put you in a carb coma. And the huge all you can eat salad bowl with that slightly cheesy vinaigrette. A passable spaghetti and meatballs. I mean Al Dente is not something they do here. All that for $30! Plus I had the sweetest most efficient and hard working server I think I've ever had. Come here and sit in Angel's station. She really is an angel and she made the Olive Garden a five star experience. And try the chocolate lasagna for dessert. Just make sure you have four people to share it.
